The Student Potential Development Unit (SPDU) is dedicated to supporting students who may experience neurodevelopmental or learning-related challenges, enabling them to learn and grow within a mainstream school environment. Our mission is to provide the necessary support for these students while ensuring they have equal opportunities to participate, shine and thrive alongside their peers. SPDU focuses on fostering independence, confidence and meaningful inclusion in all aspects of school life.

SPDU teachers support students in their regular classes, ensuring they follow lessons, stay on track, and receive help only when needed to build independence.
Students receive individual sessions in the SPDU room, learning the same syllabus at their own pace with focused guidance.
We offer an alternative exam room for students who need accommodations. Support may include re-reading or clarifying questions based on individual needs.
A new programme focusing on independence, communication, social skills and practical daily living abilities for students who require additional support.
The SPDU Structured Support Class is a full-day, small-group learning programme designed for primary students who benefit from a higher level of structure, supervision and individualised support.
Through a structured and supportive environment, students are encouraged to learn, develop their abilities and grow in confidence and independence.
In addition to core subjects, students benefit from activities that support physical development, communication, independence and spiritual growth.
